Michał Unolt
He’s close to photography since the age of 15 – even then, for several years, regularly worked as a photographer for advertising agencies, documenting the execution of billboard campaigns. The fast action got him so much that even today reportage is his favorite field of photography. Especially: in remote, culturally different parts of the world. The same level of satisfaction comes when covering sports events, especially mountain ultra runs and adventure racing. At the end of 2013, he was one of the few photographers / journalists from Europe who covered the Adventure Racing World Championships in Costa Rica.
Apart from photography, for several years now, he’s been closely related to the IT and ecommerce, PR and advertising. The co-author of three guidebooks edited by „Bezdroza” publishing house. He also cooperates with OutdoorMagazyn.pl. His photos and articles were published in most of the Polish travel, mountain and sports portals. On top of that, his works were published in several printed magazines, including National Geographic Traveler, Portuguese Sport Life or British Like The Wind Magazine.
Privately, a huge enthusiast of travels, mountains, long distance running and good food. He likes to get really tired.
He avoids red tea, mint chocolate and warm milk.
He lives and works in Poznan, Poland.
